459 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the 459 platform. Please read these terms carefully in their entirety before registering or using any of our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for or using any part of the 459 platform, you agree to be fully bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 459 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The 459 platform may only be used by individuals who have reached the minimum age required under Malaysian law. By registering, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 459 platform. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is true, accurate and current. 459 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of identification documents, to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
459 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances: submission of false information, fraudulent or deceptive activity, breach of terms of use, abuse of promotions, or upon request by the relevant authorities.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a 459 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Use of the platform for any purpose contrary to the law, including money laundering or fraud, is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to:
- Using automated software, bots or other unauthorised tools to access or interact with the platform
- Attempting to compromise the security of the system, infrastructure or other users' data
- Sharing your account or allowing a third party to use it
- Spreading false or misleading information about the 459 platform
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or system errors for unfair advantage
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account closure and, in serious cases, appropriate legal action.
Payment & Transaction Information
All transactions on the 459 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and bank transfer via FPX. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the user's name only. 459 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts as a security and compliance measure. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may be subject to additional review.
459 reserves the right to freeze or place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus term violations. In such cases, we may require additional verification documents before the transaction can proceed.
Any losses arising from betting activity on the platform are entirely the user's own responsibility. 459 makes no guarantee of any betting outcome.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
459 is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. This includes but is not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.
In the event of a technical error or system bug affecting game outcomes or transactions, 459 reserves the right to correct the error and void any affected transactions. 459's decision in such matters is final.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks and software on the 459 platform are the exclusive property of 459 or parties who have licensed them to us. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.

The 459 platform may contain references to third-party services or content. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
459 reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable version.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 459 platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be deemed limited or removed to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
